I have been coming since the 2nd year that they opened. I can understand 11:00 AM for hotel and chalet guests, but it sure would be nice if they kept the RV checkout time at noon, especially to give time to flush out the black tank and to break down camp and since RV sites do not require housekeeping service between guests.… The only thing I miss is when check out time was at noon. They also have a huge lodge with a huge swimming pool that is also included in the rate as well (you have access to two pools) with a very huge shaded area. This is definitely a bargain and everything there is very clean. The Dream Pool is a small water park that consists of two water slides, a lazy river, a splash pad, and a swim up bar. Two Dream Passes (two people staying at the same site) are included in the rate. I made the reservation online before leaving the house and brought my travel trailer, The rates are very reasonable and less expensive than many comparable RV resorts I have been to (range is $19 to on the weekends and holidays, $59 per night and many weekdays for $29 to $39 per night with $19 on Tuesday nights).
